4. No emergency or crisis care
Our service does not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
5. Services, limitations and medical disclaimer
- We facilitate issuance of documents (e.g., sick notes, referrals) for short-term, non-emergent needs.
- A clinical review may be required at the physician’s discretion. Repeated or complex cases may be redirected to a teleconsultation or in‑person care.
- Documents are provided at the professional discretion of licensed physicians and may be refused if clinically inappropriate.
